Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Additional customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at veloura.est26@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Veloura is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
